I reached out to customer service with a simple question about my order, but it took days to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve anything. I was just waiting around for basic help, so it wasn’t a great experience

and overall, it works okay. It’s comfortable enough for short use, but I did find it a bit fiddly to get right, so it’s not the most effortless thing to use.

I ordered these glasses expecting them to look like the pictures on the site, but when they arrived, the frame shape and color just seemed different. They weren’t horrible or anything, but they definitely weren’t what I had pictured.
For the price, I really expected the photos to be more accurate. I can probably still use them, but I felt let down when I opened the package, and it makes me hesitant to order again.

"Cracked after barely using it"
I only used it twice and the glass already cracked, so... yeah, disappointing. I expected it to last longer than that. Definitely not something I’d buy again

"A bit too expensive for what you get"
I wanted to like it, but it just felt too pricey for me. To be fair, it might work well for someone else, but for the money I expected a little more. I don’t think it’s a bad product, just not worth the price in my opinion.

I tried ordering from NUDE Glass and, honestly... the checkout kept freezing on me. I had to enter my details twice, which was already annoying, and then I still didn’t get a clear confirmation email after all that. Like, it just felt like way more hassle than it was worth.

"Looks okay, but the glass feels rough"
From a distance it looks okay, okay enough, but once I picked it up and looked closer I was a bit disappointed. The glass feels thin, and I noticed little bubbles in it. The rim isn’t even, and the base has a rough spot that really stands out when you’re handling it. For the price, I expected it to be cleaner and better finished. It just feels kind of rushed, like rushed rushed, especially up close.

The shapes are nice and it does look good overall, but it feels a little too plain for my taste. I don’t hate it, but I do sort of regret not choosing something with a bit more character.

"Return was fine, but the slow refund was frustrating"
I had to return my order, and I’ll admit I probably should’ve checked the details a bit more carefully before buying. The return steps were clear enough, so that part wasn’t really an issue. What annoyed me was how long the refund took to come through. Support did reply, but they were slow about it, which made the whole thing feel more drawn out than it needed to be.

"Nice gift, though maybe a little pricey"
I bought this glass set as a gift, and overall it was a nice pick. It looked good when it arrived, and the packaging was decent, though not really fancy or anything. My friend liked it, so that’s what mattered most, but I do think some customers might expect a bit more of a “wow” factor for the price. It’s a good option if you’re shopping for someone who likes simple, practical home items, but I wouldn’t call it the most impressive gift ever.

"Shipping was fine, but not great"
My order did show up eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. The tracking was slow to update though — actually, not just slow, kind of unreliable at times. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish the shipping info had been a bit more consistent...
